Sometimes, after long-time sea shipping, the tension controller data may disappear. When you start running the machine, the is no tension on the paper. The slitting performance is extremely worse. That makes the operator crazy!
Here we will introduce the way to re-set the ZXT-MF tension controller.
1. Remove the jumbo paper reel, to make it out of the machine.
2. Also there should be no remain paper strips on the load sensor roller.
3. Go into Menu 200, choose [restore factory setting".
1. Go into Menu 201, there will be a window bounce out automatically. Press "yes".
Factory Setting Succeed
1.Loading the jumbo roll back to the machine.
2.Press the MANUAL button, change the tension mode to manual mode.
3.Set proper [axle A output proportion value", such as 30% or more.
4.Running the machine, let paper feeding smoothly. And make sure there is tension on the unwind stand.
5. Check the feeding paper roll tense. You could check the tense by hand. If the tension is too much, reduce this value. If the paper is very loose, increase this value a little.
6.Then read the [measure tension" value on the controller screen during machine running.
7.Press the RESET button
8.Press the AUTO button
9.Input [Setting tension" value. Take the [measure tension" value that you read on tip 6. Even under auto mode [axle A output proportion value" can be micro-adjusted according to the paper feeding situation by the switch next to the controller screen.
