1. The knife itself has obvious notch
2. The cut paper edge has lot of burr
3. When cutting multiple rolls of paper, the paper at the cut edge stick together
4. The paper cannot be cut off complete
5. The experienced operator, can tell the knife was blunt or not by hearing the sound of knife cutting situation. The normal cut sound is crisp, otherwise, the sound is very big.
